It's been called "probably the most moral form of compensation" by popular writer and success coach, Bob Proctor. Financial expert, Robert Kyosaki, wrote a book about it entitled The Business School for People Who Like Helping People, and has recommended it as an essential asset to have in a financial portfolio. Many of the world's multi-millionaires earn their income from it. Then why do so many people who choose it as their way of earning a living, fail to actually fulfill the promise of this approach to business?
Of course, I am talking about Network Marketing.
If you're reading this article, I assume that you have a Network Marketing business. So let me ask you this: How well are you doing? If you've been in business for more than one year and you aren't starting to see momentum building, then perhaps the information I am providing here will be of interest to you.
It's time to get real.
What I mean by "get real" is this: It might be time for you to apply real business knowledge to your Network Marketing business to see what's really going on.
The greatest part about Network Marketing is how exciting a form of business it is. But this can also be its weakness. Tell me if this is true of you. Network Marketers get really caught up in the excitement and the dream of what their lives will be like when they finally "reach the top". They are told that they must never doubt that this can happen to them, too. So many interpret this as meaning they just have to keep believing and hoping it's going to happen for them. As a result, they rarely allow themselves to realize possibly the most important thing about Network Marketing:
They are in business. They are in a real business, and their business needs to be treated like a business in order to be successful. But what does that mean?
In many ways, Network Marketing is like any other business.
Network Marketing may be a different kind of business in some ways from other businesses. However, it is just like any other business in this respect: If you spend more money than your business is bringing in, over a long enough period of time, your business will eventually fail. You will have to go out of business.
What a disappointment that would be. But worse, what a waste of your money and your precious energy. It may even turn you off the idea of trying another business in the future. That certainly has happened to many others and that would be a shame if it happened to you because you had never been taught how to treat your business like a business.
I'd like to help as many people as I personally can to be successful in their business. Business - any business - is very important to the welfare of the countries of the world, and Network Marketing is a great business concept, since it allows many, many more people to be in business for themselves.
Did you have business experience in the past?
If you're like a lot of people in Network Marketing, you didn't come to it from business. You likely came to it from a job or a profession or unemployment. So be easy on yourself if you don't know much about running a business. In fact, there are many people who own their own businesses - or who even manage one for someone else - who don't know much about business. So don't be too hard on yourself.
It's never too late for you to do something about it, though. And isn't it better early rather than further down the road?
What's the solution?

Is there a guarantee I will succeed after that?
I wish I could say yes. But there is no guarantee. That depends very much on you and many other elements. You may not be willing to do what needs to be done. You may not have a product that really excites you or that people want. You may not be with a particularly good network marketing company. But what you will end up with is a much clearer idea of what you need to do and whether or not you are willing to do it.
You will be able to make much better decisions with regard to your business. Just the clarity and decisiveness, alone, that you will experience is worth the time and money, isn't it?
